One of the models of technology commercialization as well as improving the performance of large industries is the cooperation of these industries with technologists and placing technology-oriented companies in the value chain of large companies. In this model, industry needs are identified by intermediaries called technology brokers. This organization tries to meet the needs of the industry through the exchange or development of technology by communicating between technologists and small companies with large industrial companies.
